Temperature: 380
Time: 40 sec in a press/ 3min in an oven.

The Bottom is Different

I’ve been ordering from this shop for about 8 months. I love the product, packaging and ship time. This order I just received the tumblers are very different from previous purchases. The sizing and the bottom has this “dip” to where the rubber bottom doesn’t even touch the surface of the table. The dip at the bottom makes it where the tumbler easily slides all over the table. It’s almost pointless to use the rubber bottom. This is the first time this has happened with an order, but hopefully you all can take a look at it and make changes.
